SRQ Auto LLC is growing and looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join our team.

We specialize in commercial trucks, cargo vans, utility vehicles, service bodies, box trucks, and fleet vehicles that serve businesses nationwide. Every vehicle we sell must meet our "Job Ready" standard, and we're looking for a technician who takes pride in delivering quality work.

This is an opportunity for an experienced mechanic who can diagnose issues, perform repairs efficiently, and work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial vehicles
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, and mechanical systems
• Identify repair needs and recommend solutions
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Help prepare vehicles to be fully "Job Ready" for retail sale
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the service and reconditioning teams to keep production moving

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on commercial trucks, vans, fleet vehicles, or medium-duty trucks preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Ownership mentality and pride in workmanship
• Vocational or technical training is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
